We will send your photos as soon as possible but it can take up to 15 days after you have made your final selection. If you need your photos sooner, please add the rush charge to your cart when booking to get photos in 1-3 nights. Please see the last page on this site to see what shoot we are working on instead of contacting us. You will not get your photos any sooner by contacting us. We will text your link to your phone when your photos are ready. It will be the same link we gave you previously if you have been here before as we keep all your shoots in one link.

During your photography session you or anyone else is not permitted to take ANY PERSONAL PICTURES; however, you can video record your child.

We do not refund payments under any circumstances. After the non refundable/non transferrable $50 retainer is paid,

THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE HAVE OVER 150 DIFFERENT SCENES; THEREFORE, IT WILL TAKE TIME TO GATHER EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR YOUR SHOOT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS PAID ON TIME TO AVOID A DELAY WITH YOUR SETUP. WE WILL NOT SETUP UNLESS THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. YOUR SHOOT WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT IS NOT AND A $50 RESCHEDULING CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED INCLUDING IF YOUR SHOOT IS RESCHEDULED FOR THE ORIGINAL DATE YOU HAD. WE NEED THE 72 HOURS.

You can also make payments toward your balance on our payments page any time before the 72 hours.

IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT COMING TO YOUR SHOOT, PLEASE NOTIFY US SO WE CAN GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME INSTEAD OF HOLDING A SPOT. WE DO NOT REFUND PAYMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUT YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE SHOOT IF WE ARE NOTIFIED ON TIME. PLEASE SEE 4TH PARAGRAPH ON THE TERMS PAGE OF THIS SITE FOR SPECIFICS.

DO NOT BRING ANYONE THAT IS NOT BEING PHOTOGRAPHED other than the one other support person that must be an ADULT. Two adults total can attend. Mom or dad can get in some photoshoots with child EXCEPT WHEN IT SPECIFICALLY STATES CHILDREN ONLY but please be mindful only family shoots are family size. Birthday shoots sit on the floor & you may NOT be able to stand.

Your child can bring 1 outfit change (2 total outfits) if you are on set on time ( the start time of the shoot)

Please schedule your birthday shoot in advance as we are not responsible if you need to reschedule and we are unavailable before the child's birthday. Photos will be sent ASAP but it can take 7 to 15 days.
