All decorations are provided by us. Flooring may be different than what is shown.

Photoshoots start and end as scheduled. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. If you would like to purchase additional time the day of, it's $50 each half an hour if we are available. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Thursday at 5:30. If you need a 6 o’clock appointment for a birthday shoot, please ask us to change your 5:30 appointment to 6:00pm immediately after booking. If you are a regular customer and need a date you don't see, let us know. We will try and accommodate you.

We will send your photos as soon as possible (normally 5 business days depending on business volume), but it can take up to 10 business days. We will text a link to you or email the link if it is after hours. If you need photos sooner, please add the rush charge to your cart when booking to get photos in 1-2 nights. We will not rush only a few photos and you cannot add the rush fee after booking.

During your photography session you or anyone else is not permitted to take ANY PERSONAL PICTURES; however, you can video record your child.

We do not refund payments under any circumstances. After the non refundable/non transferrable retainer is paid, the remaining balance for all shoots is due 72 hours before appointment but you can make payments beforehand. We will NOT set up for a shoot unless the balance is paid in full. Payment for balance can be paid on our payments page.

We prefer quality over quantity but additional images can be purchased the day of your shoot or you can add them to your cart at a cheaper price when booking.

DO NOT BRING ANYONE THAT IS NOT BEING PHOTOGRAPHED other than the one other support person that must be an ADULT. Two adults total can attend. Mom or dad can get in some photoshoots with child EXCEPT WHEN IT SPECIFICALLY STATES CHILDREN ONLY but please be mindful only family shoots are family size. Birthday shoots sit on the floor & you may NOT be able to stand.

You can bring as many outfits as you like to any shoot; however, the shoot will still end at the scheduled time.

3O MINUTE SHOOT

Your child must be at least 3 months at time of shoot.

If no parent is being photographed, the child must be at least 5 months to be photographed alone

When booking you must enter the child that is 10 or under first before you can add older kids

I will do my best to accommodate my frequent customers including if your family size has out grew our space. Let us know if you have a concern.

A purple Christmas will not be available once Cozy up by the fire begins. Unfortunately we cannot run both scenes simultaneously.

We will send your photos as soon as possible (normally within 5 days) but it can take up to 10 business days; however,

ALL PHOTOS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OR BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY.
