All decorations are provided by us. Flooring may be different than what is shown.

We will send your photos as soon as possible, but it can take up to 15 days after you have made your final selection. If you need your photos sooner, please add the rush charge to your cart when booking to get photos in 1-3 nights. We will text your link to your phone when your photos are ready.

During your photography session you or anyone else is not permitted to take ANY PERSONAL PICTURES; however, you can video record your child.

We do not refund payments under any circumstances. After the non-refundable/non transferrable retainer is paid,

THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE HAVE OVER 150 DIFFERENT SCENES; THEREFORE, IT WILL TAKE TIME TO GATHER EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR YOUR SHOOT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS PAID ON TIME TO AVOID A DELAY WITH YOUR SETUP. WE WILL NOT SETUP UNLESS THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. YOUR SHOOT WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT IS NOT AND A $50 RESCHEDULING CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED INCLUDING IF YOUR SHOOT IS RESCHEDULED FOR THE ORIGINAL DATE YOU HAD. WE NEED THE 72 HOURS.

DO NOT BRING ANYONE THAT IS NOT BEING PHOTOGRAPHED other than the one other support person that must be an ADULT. Two adults total can attend.

Please understand this is a children's studio located in our basement. Our drop ceiling is 6 feet high.

5 inch double round recommended

Please bring wash cloth, towel, & soap for cake smash and

cake smash outfit and outfit to wear before the smash

Cake smash photos are taken last

PLEASE BRING A SECOND ADULT TO ASSIST A 6 MONTH OLD IF THE OTHER PARENT CANNOT ATTEND

For children 2 & up, you are allowed one outfit change (a total of 2 outfits if you are on set on time (when the shoot starts.

IF YOU BOOKED A HALF WAY THERE SHOOT AT THE REGULAR PRICE OF $250, CONTACT US AFTER BOOKING THE SAME CHILD'S FIRST BIRTHDAY SHOOT AT REGULAR PRICE OF $250 AND WE WILL APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE FOR $50 OFF OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL WHEN BOOKING WE CANNOT APPLY A CREDIT TO THE REMAINING BALANCE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR A FUTURE SHOOTS FOR THIS SO DO NOT PAY THIS IN FULL.
