TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We do not refund or transfer payments under any circumstances. The balance of all shoots is due on out payment's page 72 hours before your appointment or you will need to reschedule. Do not come to a shoot if you have not paid the balance because it was cancelled and an email and text message was sent asking you to make payment and reschedule . We will not reschedule until payment is made. You get one reschedule for birthday shoots. We do not prepare any set unless the balance is paid. IF YOUR SHOOT IS CANCELLED FOR NON PAYMENT, THERE IS A $50 RESCHEDULING CHARGE BECAUSE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILL YOUR SPOT. THE SAME CHARGE APPLIES IF YOUR SHOOT IS CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THE SAME DATE YOU ORIGINALLY HAD BECAUSE WE ARE NOW RUSHING TO PREPARE YOUR SCENE. WE NEED THE 72 HOURS. A themed shoot cannot be changed to another shoot and the theme cannot be changed.
Images will be sent to you to download within 14 days. Please download them immediately. The link will expire in 6 months unless you return. Glam-Matations is not responsible for your images after that date. Glam-Matations has copyright of all images produced and will use them for self promotion which includes uploading to our website and posting on social media sites and sharing with potential customers. You understand that proofs are property of Glam-Matations. Photographer grants client unlimited reproduction of our photos but client does NOT have a right to edit, alter, or crop.
During your photography session you or anyone else is not permitted to take any personal pictures. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF THIS IS DONE which means you wont be able to pick the images you want edited. You can record your child smashing the cake and/or their bath, and other segments during the shoot when photographer suggest. Do not record photographer at any time. Please only bring people necessary to be here for your shoot. Do not bring any other children that are not being photographed or you will need to reschedule.
Your appointment has a start time and an end time. Please arrive on time for your appointment as it will end as scheduled and we may not be able to provide all images. You may arrive 10 minutes early. If you need more time it's $50 each half hour and must be paid beforehand if we are available. You may reschedule a shoot as long as it's done in advance, specifically at least a 72 hour notice is required for all shoots. YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE AFTER THIS TIME and moneys paid will not be credited to you. Please note when booking a weekly birthday special that we cannot reschedule a birthday special outside of week it's offered for the discounted price. If you need to reschedule outside of the week it's scheduled the regular price will be due (usually an additional $75) or a credit will be issued toward a different shoot. We also cannot reschedule seasonal shoots if you have selected the last possible date and time or it is fully booked but we can issue you a credit for future use if we are notified 72 hours beforehand. A credit must be used within one year of the date issued. If we are not notified at least 72 hours beforehand you are considered a no call, no-show and a credit will not be issued.
If you or the child are experiencing COVID related symptoms the day before your shoot, please do not come; you must reschedule at least 15 days out if cancelling due to COVID.
Reshoots and refunds are not given for any reason including behavior of person being photographed as we will spend time making every effort to get cooperation but It is the client's responsibility to ensure cooperation. Client agrees that they are financially responsible for any damage to our property by unruly or unattended children.
As we stated, there are no refunds. This includes if you pay for an additional child you decide not to bring or if you paid for additional images upfront or if you want to cancel a shoot but are unable to reschedule due to us being unavailable. If you cancel a shoot on time (72 hours beforehand) your payment can be used toward a future shoot.
Glam-Matations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to sickness, weather (specifically high winds and power outages), equipment malfunction and any circumstances beyond our control including being required to work at other job. The client releases us of any responsibility regarding the personal injury that may be obtained during a photo session including you or your child falling off of props, you leaving your child unattended on props, any reaction to food whether it be an allergic reaction or choking during consumption.
You pick the images you want edited immediately after your shoot (NOT TO EXCEED 15 MINUTES). If you are unavailable because you are late or for any other reason we will select your images for you. We do not release unedited photos and we do not edit every photo taken. All shoots include basic edits. Please familiarize yourself with our editing style. We will not re-edit any photos and photos cannot be rejected. We do not save photos that have not been selected. They are deleted immediately.
DISCOUNT CODES FOR FAMILY
Family member discount codes that were given are for the child only. Parents may be photographed with child if the shoot allows but other friends and relatives cannot. If you want to bring others, please book without your discount code. If your discount code does not work for a specific shoot, that means the shoot is not eligible for a discount code because the shoot is already discounted. Discount codes will not work for Christmas. Please contact us for booking Christmas. All rules mentioned in paragraphs above apply to discounted shoots.
